As Chairwoman of Kingdom Express, Ms. Graine provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, strengthening the firm's regulatory foundation and supporting the company in participating in sophisticated, high-value transactions.

Ms. Graine is a qualified Attorney-at-Law and member of the Hanoi Bar and Vietnam Bar Federation with over two decades of experience in cross-border investments, corporate advisory, regulatory strategy, and transaction governance across Vietnam and the broader ASEAN region.

She currently serves as Partner Lawyer in law firms in Vietnam, advising corporations, foreign investors, and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, corporate structuring, due diligence, and complex investment frameworks across sectors including energy, commercial real estate, banking, telecommunications, and sustainable development.

Earlier in her career, Graine held senior leadership roles including Vice President at a consultancy corporate in Hong Kong with affiliates in Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, and China, where she supported financial arrangements, investment projects, and regional partnerships throughout Asia.

She is a member of the pioneer team bringing the Start-Up Model into Vietnam, supporting Vietnam MOST to become a leading Ministry in Start-Up Technology Innovation, advising on governance structures and investor engagement across venture capital networks covering Singapore, Korea, and the United States.

She previously spent 12 years at IBM Vietnam & Indochina, developing expertise in sales, business control, services centre management, and the legal environment between Vietnam and ASEAN markets including Malaysia and Singapore.

Prior to his current position, Ian developed extensive exposure in the hospitality sector, where he cultivated a strong understanding of service excellence, customer experience design, and operational discipline in high-demand environments. This foundation shaped his leadership philosophy centred on precision, responsiveness, and quality execution.

In finance, Ian has been involved in structuring and managing commercial transactions, developing a strong grasp of capital flows, risk assessment, and deal execution. His experience in international trading further strengthens his global business perspective, having engaged in cross-jurisdictional transactions and supply-chain-driven commerce — giving him a practical understanding of trade logistics, counterpart risk, and the operational realities of moving value across markets.

At Kingdom Express, Ian integrates these three domains — hospitality-driven service standards, finance-led discipline, and trading-oriented execution — into a unified leadership approach. Under his direction, the company is focused on expanding its operational footprint, strengthening strategic partnerships, and developing a reputation for reliability in regional and international logistics networks.
